Ingredients:
Cooked rice 2 cups
Green chillies 2
Pepper 1/2 spoon
Cashew nuts
Ghee
Curry leaves
Tempering seeds 1 spoon
Roasted coconut powder
Salt to taste
Preparation:
1.Take a pan pour some ghee and melt it.
2.Add tempering seeds,green chillies,cashew nuts,curry leaves saute for a minute.
3.Add roasted coconut powder 1 cup and mix well evenly.
4.Add powdered and roasted pepper powder 1 1/2 tbsp(curry leaves and pepper corns)
5.Add salt to taste,cooked rice 1 bowl and give it a fine mix.Cook for few minutes on medium flame.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with cashew nuts.Serve hot.
