    Curd Dosa



    Ingredients:

    Rice- 2 cups
    Black gram dhal – 1/4 cup
    Fenugreek –1 table spoon
    Curds- 1 cup
    Salt to taste
    soda powder – 1/2 tea spoon

    Method:

    First grind dhal and fenugreek. When they are half grinded add rice and grind to smooth batter.  Add curd to it , allow the batter to ferment whole night.  Next day mix soda powder and salt. Pour with the ladle and spread dosa.  Roast single side and serve hot.
